CompuLink has dedicated the resources to train each and every team member to the IPC/WHMA workmanship standard for cable and harness assembly. We have a separate/dedicated training facility and a knowledgeable staff certified through "train the trainer" classes to the IPC/WHMA workmanship standard. In addition, we train all team members to the CompuLink Quality Management System which has been audited and approved to ISO 9001:2008.

Skill specific training is ongoing and validated in soldering techniques, fiber optic termination/polishing, crimping, insertion/extraction, cable preparation etc. Training records are maintained and available for review.
