Web Access™ supports Microsoft Internet Explorer® 6 and above, as well as Mozilla® Firefox® 2.x, so staff can contribute to business processes in a variety of operating systems. Workflow™ automates these business processes to streamline the approval process, eliminate lag times and increase productivity.
For example, by using Web Access, an Apple® Macintosh® user can route content for approval in Workflow to a PC user. Upon approval, either the PC or Mac user can archive the content in a “Finalized Content” folder.

- Manage workflows from a single location—the Workflow Administration Console™. Because this console is a Microsoft Management Console™ application, you can snap it into the same enterprise console you use to manage all your organization’s Windows-based applications.
- The Workflow engine is built on the Windows Workflow Foundation™, so you can use many activities written for other applications in a Laserfiche workflow, as well as create workflows that involve Laserfiche and the other applications you use every day.
