About Laserfiche
Laserfiche® offers a suite of products and services that address enterprise-wide challenges from the perspective of executives, records managers, IT staff members and end-users. Since 1987, more than 25,000 organizations–including government offices, Fortune 1000 companies, healthcare organizations and non-profits–have used Laserfiche software to meet these challenges, improve productivity and enhance data security. Laserfiche is the acknowledged leader in the municipal government market, with 480 counties and 1,700 cities across the United States and Canada using Laserfiche solutions. Federal clients include all branches of the United States military, the Secret Service and the State Department.
Laserfiche primarily distributes software through an international network of value-added resellers (VARs). As a highly client-driven company, Laserfiche works closely with these VARs to ensure that clients receive comprehensive technical support during and after the deployment process. To foster a sense of community among users, Laserfiche publishes regular user news bulletins, hosts online forums and holds an annual users’ conference that includes a number of classes and presentations.
Laserfiche is a division of Compulink Management Center, Inc. Compulink’s founder, president and CEO, Nien-Ling Wacker, establishes the strategic vision for Laserfiche software. The recipient of many honors and awards in the document management industry, Ms. Wacker formerly served on the board of directors of the Association for Information and Image Management (AIIM) and the board of directors of the International Institute of Municipal Clerks (IIMC) Education Foundation.
